Refund and cancellation policy

Our products are digital downloads that you can preview fully, for free, before paying. Please check the preview carefully before you buy.

When we refund

• Money was deducted but the download did not unlock, and we cannot fix it for you within 24 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• A technical problem on our side stops you from downloading the file.

How to ask

WhatsApp, email or DM us on Instagram within 7 days of payment with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

Because the file is delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the download is unlocked.
